Access problems to Control Panel
Sometimes it's not possible to access on own Control Panel also if the User Name and Password are correct.
This can happen for two fundamental reasons:
- the Cookies are not enabled
- the web site must be trusted
how can solve the problem:
To enable the Cookies in Internet Explorer, it need to select "tools" and "Internet Option". In the next window select "Privacy" and enable the Cookies.
We remember you that the visitors can browse the site without Cookies enabled (see our disclaimer on
Privacy).
In order to add SmsItaly.Com on "trusted sites" it's necessary to select "Internet Option" through the "Tools" menu and click on "Security". Now select "trusted sites" icon and click on "Sites" button.
Add this URL "https://sms.smsitaly.com" and confirm with a click on "Add" button.
Close the windows and the browser and try again accessing on Control Panel with User Name and Password.
