Incoming Messages
Through one or more "KEYWORDS", it is possible to receive the Incoming Messages directly from the Network Operators through their SMSCs. Customers can also require SMS forwarding to the GSM, or via EMAIL, or via HTTP.
The service is easy to use: in order to receive the messages, it's necessary to send every SMS with the KEYWORD in front to the text message. For example
"#keyword# Hello, I confirm you the appointment for
this evening".
The cost for each KEYWORD is 45,00 Euro + VAT per year. The "forwarding" of the messages via EMAIL or via HTTP is free of charge. For the "forwarding" to GSM via SMS, it will be charged the normal cost for the SMS sent.
On demand it's possible to use also a dedicated number with a direct connection to SMSCs, in this way the client can receive MO traffic
within a few seconds.
